INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY (अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस )

21st of June which is now considered as the day of "INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY".
Celebrated on 21st June

It was 27 September 2014 when, Prime Minister of India "Shri Narender Modi" proposed to holding International Yoga Day, in his UN General Assembly Speech.

Because of its benefits, the resolution of Yoga Day was co-sponsored by 177 of the 193 member nation of UN across the world. And with this support UN General Assembly on 11 December 2014, has declared June 21 as International Yoga Day, recognizing ancient India's 'holistic approach to health and well-being.'

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said in a message, "Yoga can bring communities together in an inclusive manner that generates respect" and can "promote peace and development.

YOGA POSTURE

There are so many postures in Yoga, having different-2 benefits. But the one which is known as the combination of all is known as "SURYA NAMSKAR". It is considered as the one of the best Yoga with so many benefits.

BENEDITS OF YOGA

There are so many benefits of Yoga like it help to burn calories i. e. to reduce fat which is one of the main problem of today's life.
With Yoga you can also treat many diseases. Yog guru "Ram Dev" even said it can help in healing "CANCER".

A study published in "Scandinavian  Journal of Medicine and Science in Sport" showed that one year of Yoga practising may reduce chronic inflammation and help regulate blood pressure and blood sugar level.

What is Nebula. Images of some nebula by Hubble

A nebula is a giant cloud of dust and gas in space. Some nebulae (more than one nebula) come from the gas and dust thrown out by the explosion of a dying star, such as a supernova. Other nebulae are regions where new stars are beginning to form. For this reason, some nebulae are called "star nurseries." How do stars form in a nebula? Nebulae are made of dust and gases—mostly hydrogen and helium. The dust and gases in a nebula are very spread out, but gravity can slowly begin to pull together clumps of dust and gas. As these clumps get bigger and bigger, their gravity gets stronger and stronger. Eventually, the clump of dust and gas gets so big that it collapses from its own gravity. The collapse causes the material at the center of the cloud to heat up-and this hot core is the beginning of a star. STARS GOING OUT OF CONTROL

Stars Gone Haywire. As nuclear fusion engines, most stars live placid lives for hundreds of millions to billions of years. But near the end of their lives they can turn into crazy whirligigs, puffing off shells and jets of hot gas. Thanks to Hubble which give us a chance to view these beautiful stars. The Butterfly Nebula Imagine a lawn sprinkler spinning wildly, tossing out two S-shaped streams. At first it appears chaotic, but if you stare for a while, you can trace its patterns. The same S-shape is present in the Butterfly Nebula, except in this case it is not water in the air, but gas blown out at high speed by a star. The S-shape directly traces the most recent ejections from the central region, since the collisions within the nebula are particularly violent in these specific regions of NGC 6302. "This iron emission is a sensitive tracer of energetic collisions between slower winds and fast winds from the stars. It's commonly observed in supernova remnants and active gala

WHAT IS A BLACK HOLE

In April, NASA created a big announcement that they captured first image of black hole.  BUT WHAT IS A BLACK HOLE It is a great amount of matter packed into a very small area - think of a star ten times more massive than the Sun squeezed into a sphere approximately the diameter of New York City. The result is a gravitational field so strong that nothing, not even light, can escape. Most famously, black holes were predicted by Einstein's theory of general relativity, which showed that when a massive star dies, it leaves behind a small, dense remnant core. If the core's mass is more than about three times the mass of the Sun, the equations showed, the force of gravity overwhelms all other forces and produces a black hole. HOW THEY ARE FORMED Most black holes form from the remnants of a large star that dies in a supernova explosion. (Smaller stars become dense neutron stars, which are not massive enough to trap light.) If the total mass of the star is large e
